Bulk Beef

 
 

Our beef is grass fed, and grain finished. It is born and raised humanely without hormones or antibiotics. It is $4.25 per pound of hanging weight, plus butcher cost which usually runs a little less then a dollar per pound. You can customize your cut instructions with them. A quarter will run between $750 and $950. A half would be double that. We also have bundles every month which are about an eighth for $350.

We offer our beef in three different ways!

  1. Best Value

    If you buy a quarter a half or a whole beef you can plan on spending between $7 and $8 per pound. 

  2. Better Value

    Buy a bundle! Your take-home pounds of meat will be between 40 and 45 lb. Your cost will be $350 

  3. Good Value

    You can come to the market and try some cuts before you take the plunge for a larger amount. Those prices are listed here.
